Accommodations: 5 rooms, each with private bath. Rates: $95.00 to $145.00 according to season. Weekday corporate rates available. Discounts during the off season. Subject to Maryland state tax. Rates subject to change without notice. Open: All year round. Reservations: Reservations are recommended in advance. Payment: Confirmed reservations require a 50% deposit. Visa, MasterCard, traveler checks, personal checks, and cash accepted. Cancellation Policy: Refunds only with notice of cancellation 7 days prior to scheduled arrival date. Restrictions: No pets or smoking. Children over 14 welcome. Check-in: after 3:00 p.m. Check-out: by 11:00 a.m. Breakfast: A gourmet breakfast and afternoon refreshments are served daily. Recreation & Activities: Antiquing, auctions, bicycling, bird watching, canoeing, fishing, golf, hunting, and RSA Sporting Clays.

Directions: From Baltimore/Washington and points north: Follow Route 50 East across Chesapeake Bay Bridge down Maryland's Eastern Shore. In Salisbury, take Route 13 South. Follow to the third Princess Anne exit, Deal Island (Route 363), and turn left 1 block. Turn right onto Mansion Street. Take first left onto Prince William Street. The Hayman is on the second block (right corner).

From Norfolk/Virginia Beach and points south: Follow Route 13 North across Chesapeake Bay Bridge-Tunnel and up Virginia's Eastern Shore. After crossing into Maryland, take Deal Island road into Princess Anne. Turn right onto Mansion Street. Turn left onto Prince William Street. The Hayman is on the second block (right corner).
